outerspace is pleased to announce the launch of their artist residency program, and the initiation of the mobile casting unit or workshop-on-wheels that delivers hands-on art making projects to the youth of Central New York. This event is made possible with public funds provided by the New York State Council on the Arts and administered through the Cultural Resources Council, and supported in part by Union Concrete, Buffalo, New York.
outerspace is a sponsored project of Fractured Atlas, a non-profit arts service organization. Fractured Atlas will receive grants for the purposes of outerspace, provide oversight to ensure that grant funds are used in accordance with grant agreements, and provide reports as required by the grantor. Contributions for the purposes of outerspace must be made payable to Fractured Atlas and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
